The new location builds on the success of Success Hospitality Group’s first branch of the Uzbek restaurant, which has been delighting diners at Fairmont The Palm since 2014. In recent years, the group has expanded its portfolio to include other acclaimed concepts, like the Georgian restaurant Genatsvale.
The venue’s two-story layout includes terraces, family-friendly areas and cosy corners offering stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and Ain Dubai. So, whether you’re looking for a family night out or a romantic evening to soak up the alfresco season, it’s definitely worth your time.
The interior, designed in an oriental style with warm tones and copper accents, immerses you in an atmosphere of refined tradition. Plus, you’ll be pampered to the nines here in line with the traditional Uzbek saying, ‘the guest is a gift from God.’

If you’ve got the whole family out for an evening, a business meeting or a special dinner out, dine in the ground floor space. The space here offers ceiling-to-floor windows with panoramic views of Bluewaters meanwhile the vintage chandeliers and burgundy accents around the space warm up the spot.
The first floor offers two luxurious spaces: the cosy Lounge for relaxed evenings, and The Room, a lively VIP area with karaoke, live performances, and fusion cuisine. Enjoy premium shisha, drinks and a curated menu of delicious starters, mains and desserts.

Grand ZOR’s Uzbek dishes are full of soul and history, in a way it’s an ode to the region’s rich culinary heritage. The cuisine has been refined with Mediterranean and Eastern European flavours, to elevate the dining experience.
Must-try dishes include the signature Grand ZOR Osh, a comforting rice dish with tender braised lamb, chickpeas, quail egg, and a blend of spices that whisk you away to Central Asia.
From tandoor-baked Samsa to the famous Olot Samsa filled with spiced meat and onions, every dish at Grand ZOR tells a flavour-packed story. Don’t miss the Adana Shashlik, spiced meat skewers grilled just right, plus Pumpkin & Beef Manti and Bukhara-Style Jiz.
For a real showstopper (and if you want a viral Insta reel) try the meter-long cheddar lamb kofta or the Afghan Kazan. The kofta comes with ground lamb, lavash bread, fresh herbs, marinated veggies and a cheesy drizzle, while the Afghan Kazan features slow-cooked lamb with Tandoor tortilla, pickled onions, barbecue sauce with a good kick of chilli.
