Fancy Georgian cuisine?
Opened in 2023 by Success Hospitality Group, Genatsvale on Palm Jumeirah is one of the first Georgian restaurants in Dubai and continue to be one of the only licensed Georgian restaurants in the city. This family-friendly spot offers warm hospitality and classic comfort food (for the Georgians, of course). For the rest, why not try something new?
The rustic interiors have been reimagined for Dubai but the refined aesthetics will still transport you straight to Georgia, and so will the food.
Genatsvale is known for its signature dough-based dishes, homemade cheeses and curated grape sessions led by the in-house sommelier. But the menu is packed with more. Try pkhali, eggplant rolls, khachapuri, khinkali dumplings and tender lamb shashlik, all perfect with a glass of Georgian grape.
It’s also super family-friendly, with a kids’ play area and fun Sunday masterclasses twice a month, where little ones can make their own khachapuri or decorate desserts.
Grand ZOR, Fairmont The Palm and Bluewaters Island
Next up, check out another concept from Success Hospitality Group. Known for dishes that blend history with modern flair, Grand ZOR has two locations in Dubai.
Both locations on Bluewaters Island and Fairmont The Palm bring together Uzbek heritage, Mediterranean brightness and Eastern European soul – all under ceilings dripping in vintage chandeliers and majestic interiors.
On your visit to either location, you have to try the Grand ZOR Osh, a generous dish with braised lamb, chickpeas, quail egg and fragrant rice. The rest of the menu nods to Central Asian roots with light Mediterranean touches.

Now, for the one you’ll want to text the group about, The Room, a hidden gem tucked upstairs at the Grand ZOR in Bluewaters Island, offers a karaoke room and a lounge to stretch your legs.
It’s equal parts stylish and super fun. The karaoke room is set up for some good old-fashioned singalongs – whether you’ve got the pipes or not.
The menu here goes far beyond bar bites, leaning instead into the same Eastern European and Mediterranean influences as its sibling below.
