Housed in a separate building, it offers a distinct identity while embracing the elegance of the surrounding hotel. The menu highlights well-known Uzbek dishes such as Uzbek Osh, samsa, chuchvara, hand-folded manti, and Kovurma Lagman, along with modern interpretations inspired by Mediterranean and European influences. The space includes an open kitchen, a warm dining area, a terrace with seasonal live music and occasional concerts, and an upstairs lounge where premium shisha is served indoors and outdoors during the cooler months.
